Company
An applied-sciences company, built as one chain.
HTC Applied Sciences Ltd. is the master brand of the HTC group. Its mission is to engineer, manufacture and commercialize advanced biological and consumer products through science, innovation and precision manufacturing.
What it is
A manufacturing platform, not a single product.
The company is organized around a controlled chain rather than around any one product. Plant material is the primary feedstock — cannabis first among it, with botanical crops and honey in their own lanes — and each stage of turning that feedstock into a finished good is held by a division of the group.
Each stage is meant to hand forward only what meets the next stage’s written input specification. That is how quality, and the record behind it, is carried from genetics to the finished unit.
Principles
Four pillars govern every brand and claim decision.
In practice: every claim traces to evidence; processes are described as GMP-aligned until a certification is held; and nothing is published that the record does not support.
Structure
Nine divisions, one related company.
HTC Applied Sciences Ltd. was incorporated in Alberta in August 2026. Its nine divisions are built inside the company under an incubate-then-spin-out approach: each is developed and proven within the group, with its own charter and operating manual, and shared infrastructure is referenced rather than duplicated so that a division can later stand on its own.
Consumer brands for products containing THC sit with a separate company of the group, High Test Cannabis Co. Ltd. It holds no licence.

High Test Cannabis Co.
The group’s cannabis company, under common ownership with HTC Applied Sciences. Its brands are presented on its own site, which asks visitors to confirm their age first.
Shared services
Nine corporate functions serve every division.
They make no product of their own; every product depends on them. Quality is designed to be independent of operations.

Where things stand
Documented first. Operating later.
The group has written its operating system before running it: charters, operating manuals, quality and safety programmes and standard procedures for each division, under one document-control scheme. Most of that set is still in draft, awaiting sign-off, and no division is yet operating.
That order is deliberate. It is slower, and it is considerably harder to get wrong.
Status HTC Applied Sciences and its divisions are being built. No division is operating yet, and no group company holds a Health Canada cannabis licence. Nothing on this site is an offer of any product.
