HTC Applied Sciences is a Canadian applied-sciences company. It is being built as one vertically integrated chain — genetics, cultivation, extraction, formulation, manufacturing and distribution — so that the specification survives every hand-off.

HTC Industries →How the group is built
Every hand-off is a place where a specification can be lost. Holding each stage inside one group means the specification — and the record behind it — carries from one stage to the next.
A single quality system, a single document-control scheme and a single release discipline are written to apply across every division. The language is “GMP-aligned” until a certification is actually held.
Each division is built and proven inside the company, with its own charter and operating manual, so that it can later stand as its own business without unwinding shared assets.
